For those that are into these kind of things, you can now add Created in Birmingham to your Circles on Google+.
If you’ve no idea what Google+ is then I really wouldn’t worry about it if I were you.
Incidentally, now’s probably a good time to remind you that if you want to follow the entirety of Created in Birmingham then:
New for 2011, Created in Birmingham is now tumbling away. This is our attempt to start up some form of flyer wall, to try and feature all the things we don’t have time to write a full post about.
We’ll be posting flyers, videos, and general Tumblr friendly bits and pieces we come across, in handy bite size chunks.
You can find and follow us at createdinbrum.tumblr.com
Mark Wilkinson is an artist and illustrator working predominantly with paper collages and marker pen. Here’s one of his slightly surreal graphic works, which I particularly like:

You can see more of his collage work on his Tumblr.
Jade Sukiya is a photographer with an eye for a striking image or two. Here’s her intro:
I was born in the mid-eighties to two admirably creative people. Years later that inevitable reality struck as having both my brother and I forced them to get ‘real’ jobs and lead a fairly restricted existence. My story begins at this point, although I can’t recall a thing up until the age of about four and even that’s a little hazy, sometimes I think I made my memories up…
More of Jade’s images like the one below, and many other completely different ones, can be found on her Myspace page and her Flickr account. She’s also got a tumblr with bits and pieces of her favourite stuff in it to check out too.
