Frame_ Birmingham is a project by Elly Clarke / Clarke Gallery that sees unique and limited edition artworks by local and international artists installed into unexpected locations such as St Philip’s Cathedral and womenswear shop COS, amongst others.  Frame_ brings “art to new audiences, new audiences to art and new contexts in which art can be shown.”

Launching 16th November, the frames will be exhibited for three months, with work changing only when sold. Thanks to a partnership with the mac, all work will be available to purchase with an interest free loan via the Own Art scheme.

Yorks Bakery Cafe on Newhall Street in the Jewellery Quarter will act as the central hub during the exhibition, where you can find out more about the project, or get tickets for art tours in association with Frame_.

As well as their website, they’re on twitter @FRAME_brum and Facebook.
