Welcome back Pete and Chris, Ashton and Unitt! I'm delighted to see you guys back and yes, a big thanks to Kate and Adrienne for moving the blog forward in different directions to see what it was we wanted.

Of course the terrain has changed a lot since CiB first got off the ground - not least in the number blogs that creative a nd other cultural organisations now have: and of course there is the mighty Twitter now...

But to my mind that does not mean that the need for a "entrepot" site like Created in Birmingham - and y'know, I always thought that both Unitt and Ashton were delightful guides as they negotiated the maze that is the cultural scene in Birmingham and beyond.

So welcome back - not so wide-eyed and naieve as once you were, but with a clear sighted commitment to curating all things Created in Birmingham (well maybe not all, but you get my drift). To paraphrase a song by a now disgraced rock star - Hello, Hello, it's good that you're back, it's good that you're back. Hello..... (etc etc).
